At 58 years young, I’m feeling healthier and more alive than ever before. My journey has been transformative, marked by an incredible shift from weighing 330 pounds in mid-2023 to my current leaner and more energetic 225 pounds today. Gravel biking, hiking, and exploring have played a huge role in this transformation, proving the power of movement, perseverance, and connection with the natural world. This personal evolution inspires me to share the tools and resources that have helped me along the way, in the hopes they might encourage and empower others to embark on their own journeys.
